Let aside the Past, Welcome the Future

Another year is going to leave a tragic pen in the World's History Book. This year has indeed a challenging year, not only to myself, but also to the whole wide world. Reflecting on the Year 2009, so many incidents happened which will never ever been forgotten by all mankind, at least to those who concerns. To name a few, the Worst Economic Breakdown, Tiger Wood's Infamous Scandals, Highest Rate of Unemployment, The Appointment of Najib as Prime Minister of Malaysia, The World's Most Registered Couples on 09.09.09 and many more.


Indeed, it has been fascinating to see America to sail through the post-iraq war while suffering a high unemployment rate due to the economic downfall. I guess Obama does has the lead there. However, it is also sad to hear many death cases in the East Malaysia whereby several casualties caused by Hornet's attack.


Seems like the people on Earth are given challenges every year, for either 2 reasons i could think of.

1. God doesn't want us to live in comfort zone. World without barriers is simply boring and unrealistic.

2. God wants human to grow smarter and stronger. Each challenges posted to us are just a test to see whether we have actually learnt from the past mistakes.


I am not an exceptional too. This year has been so exciting and interesting to me. Certainly, by saying that doesn't mean that everything went well for me, but at least, i have reached another milestone in my life journey. I will just start to chart my journey from January.

I have finally finished my Final Exam several days ago, and I have been spending precious time in Penang with Eileen.

I moved to Bintulu. First time staying in Bintulu.



Bought a used car.

Visited Long House and stayed overnight for Gawai. Cool!!

Joined a BBQ and Camp Fire organized by NLF. First time i had this campfire thingy. Thumb Up Lucas!

Nothing much happened in July. Attended a lot of trainings and courses - all in-house.

Passed my Defensive Driving Course.

Attended my Convocation!

Went Clubbing and Drinking at Blueberry, Top Valley and Casablanca with Ed and Chun Liang. Crazy nite..

Went for 2 BBQ sessions twice in 2 weeks (both Fridays).



Confirmed by PETRONAS to be permanent staff in MLNG.

Went for Instrument Forum in KL.

Had Gathering with Ex-Schoolmates. Thank you guys for attending. It has been so long since our last gathering.

Attendees: Howey, Eileen, Tangyuan, Helen Kong, Tan Pei Chin, Jennifer, Kelly Ong, Benjamin Bong, Chen Wei, Edwin Si, Sheila Thien, Alice Gan, Sze Ning!



Finally met up with Benjamin Lo again after so many years.





 First time took an emergency leave.



Unfortunate bus ride with a mamat snoring weirdly and loudly next to me.



Went to KL for XMAS and NY Celebration!!
