How my Resume Looks Like

This is how my Resume looks like..well..of course this is jz partially from the whole Resume..

Industrial Internship

What is Industrial Internship? Well, there are a lot of definitions to it..

To some,

they might think it as a time to get away from studies


they might think it as a time to get rich

they might think it as a time to learn from superior beings

they might think it as a time to integrate theory with practice

they might think it as a turning-point of their life

they might think it as the one and only excuse of university to turn the into coolies


they might think it as a time to spam using company's email


they might think it as a time to quit unnecessary activities - dota, wow,ragnarok...


they might think it as a time to LEARN and APPLY and FULLSTOP.



Basically, as for me, having 8 months memorable and beneficial training at Penang Intel, i believe those definitions arent right at all..the one and only definition i have towards industrial training is ..


" University is the agent for labours, while Host Company is the customer getting labours from University"



What do you think? Host Companies would rather hire a trainee to do simple and repetitive jobs instead of highly paid engineers...



For instance, when i first came into my department, 2 engineers left. Before that, i have to learn everything from them, and that's the time my Internship starts..


More and more jobs coming, more and more stress accumulating, more and more OT appearing..and of course..more and more scoldings from peers and ..........



However, i do seriously enjoy my life here when i have met a few same-kind friends in other departments..unfortunately, good days never last long..3 months later, my working life back to normal again..



SO, who has different opinion in Industrial Training..give me some comment here..i would like to know so much about your life during ur CHeap-Labouring -Empire!
